you within 24 hours and arrange delivery to you at a mutually convenient time.

We hope you will be happy with your purchases from your Local Flooring Retailer, however should you need to return
anything; your Local Flooring Retailer will be happy to refund or exchange the product. Goods should be carefully
repackaged and returned to us at the address provided in your Order Confirmation complete, unused and in 'as new'
condition. If you request a collection of the goods then your Local Flooring Retailer will be entitled to charge you
a fee of £30 for such collection. We would recommend returns are made in the original packaging to avoid the product
being damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during this
period. *Please see below for exceptions to this policy.
If the flooring returned is not in an ‘as new’ condition (been cut into, installed, marked and not the full width or
full quantity) or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the floorcovering, or deduct
up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your

In the event that you find a quality issue with your order then you need to:-
Contact your Local Flooring Retailer who you purchased the goods from and they will then arrange to inspect the
flooring (within a reasonable time). If the flooring has not been cut into and or fitted and subject to the retailers
confirmation of the fault the retailer will return it back to his premises. The retailer will then arrange for a
replacement order to be sent to his premises which they will re-deliver back you.
In the event that you find that there is a problem with your order and the goods have been cut into and or fitted
and subject to the retailers confirmation of the fault then the retailer will contact the Customer Services Department
to ascertain the best method to resolve the problem which may result in us sending a specialist to rectify the
problem or bringing the flooring back and having a replacement sent out.
In the event that you have ordered an incorrect product or the wrong size and cut into it and or installed the
goods then this action is deemed to constitute your acceptance of the ordered goods and as such we are unable to
accept liability for the said goods.
Suitability regarding the individual product guarantee is provided in the online product review. This guarantee is extended only to the original buyer. Product must be maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and the guarantee is subject to normal usage and fair wear and tear. The guarantee does not cover damage due to incorrect fitting, appliance of chemicals or where there is evidence of heavy soiling abuse or neglect. Certain products may be identified as suitable for use in bathrooms and other areas where there may be moisture; however the guarantee will not apply should damage occur due to excessive levels of moisture.
